Do you offer virtual tickets?

No, we do not offer virtual tickets. Each retreat is designed to be an immersive in-person experience.

Is there a refund or cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferable.

Is the event tax-deductible?

Generally, professional development events can be written off in part or in full as a business expense. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor to ensure you receive any applicable deductions.

Will I get one-on-one time with Jayden?

Absolutely! Jayden, will be hosting the retreats and joining attendees for sessions, excursions, and activities. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with him in both formal and informal settings.

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual. Dress as you would on a regular day at the office—comfort is key! No need for formal attire, as we want you to feel relaxed and at ease.

Is recording permitted during any sessions?

No personal recording is permitted. The event will be professionally recorded by our audio/visual team, and all tools, resources, and session content will be shared with you after the retreat.

What ticket options are available?

You can purchase individual tickets for each retreat at the early bird price of $5000 (regularly $6500). Alternatively, you can purchase the bundle of all three retreats for a total of $13,499.

Will I receive any materials or resources from the sessions?
